Objectives of Programme:
Main theme of this training programme was to enhance cohesiveness among people working in organization better cohesiveness brings more productivity in an Organization.

Programme Schedule (14-15th October 2013)

14th October 2013 (Day 1):

Registration of Participants: 9:00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. (Filling up Registration form, Distributing Kit for the programme along with schedule and coverage of programme and collection of fees)

Inauguration Function: 9.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.
Guests for Inauguration function : Shri A.L.Patel , Shri Sanat Vayeda – Manager, GNFC and Mgt. Representative - NEST.
The Inaugural session started with Dip Pragatya,  Saraswati Vandana by prayer group and welcoming of guests and participants. Welcome address made by Dr. Trupti Almoula to the participants which was followed by Key note address by Shri A.L.Patel . Also Programme co-ordinator Dr.Nilam Panchal gave details about the purpose of programme and the schedule, coverage of the programme and benefits of programme which was to be held in two days.

Lunch Break : 1.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m.

15th October 2013 (Day 2):
Sessions : 10.00a .m. to 1.00p.m
Lunch Break : 1.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m.

Valedictory Session : Guests  : Dr. B.M.Raval and Dr. M.L.Gohel 

The valedictory session was started by welcoming the guests which was followed by the concluding remarks by Dr. Nilam Panchal. An address to the participants was made by Dr. Trupti Almoula, Dr. B.M.Raval and Dr. M.L.Gohel which was followed by opinion address by participants of the programme. The distribution of CDs containing useful material of the programme and Certificates was done by guests.

Participants :

Total 22 participants from companies include: GNFC, LUPIN LIMITED, SUN PHARMA LTD., BRIGHT BAR MANUFACTURING PVT. LTD., KOHLER INDIA LTD., MEGHMANI FINE CHEMICALS LIMITED, BLUE STAR, GUJARAT FLUROCHEMICALS LIMITED.

Feedback and conclusion: In total the programme was very successful. The feedback form of participants shown that they were very satisfied with the programme and wished to have such programmes again for even more number of days. At the end of the two days it was self satisfying and successful programme from the point of view of Faculty Organiser, I/C Director and Institute as a whole.

Group Discussion Report - Flair 2019

Date : 3rd October, 2019 Venue : NCM conference room Group Discussion activity   was organized by Narmada College of Management, Bharuch on 3rd October, 2019 at NCM Conference Room, Bharuch. The major objective of the Group Discussion among the students, to observe their personality and skills, ability to discuss on the given subject and to guide them on how to take part in Group Discussions. The facilitator of this activity was Prof. Iramada Khan and coordinate by Raisha Khan.     The topic for the group discussion were: 1. English is an official language in India. 2.
