STUDENT DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE – REPORT ON GUEST LECTURE BY TEAM FROM AARTI INDUSTRIES

A one day workshop was organized by the College as part of its students development initiative on Thursday, 17th August. A   team of senior level professionals from Aarti Industries namely Mr. Himanshu Bhavsar, Mr. Venkat Prasad, and Mr. Ratish Nair actively engaged the students for four hours which comprised of deep introspection, self evaluation and self realization of the development needed by them.

Mr. Himanshu began with the session with a 10 minute meditation session which refreshed the students and made them ready for the marathon session ahead by Mr. Ratish Nair and Mr. Venkat Prasad.

They made the students evaluate their level of English language communication both reading and writing and speaking and the strategy for improving them.

They also talked by VUCA – Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity and how to be ready to face the VUCA world.



The session ended by an introduction to their three month course for student development.

Our students Ms. Fatema Ibrahim Surti and Ms. Sashista A. Chauhan participated in  "All India Essay Writing Event 2016" organised by Shri Ram Chandra Mission, United Nation Information Center for India and Bhutan, and The Heartfulness Institute.

Group Discussion Report - Flair 2019

Date : 3rd October, 2019 Venue : NCM conference room Group Discussion activity   was organized by Narmada College of Management, Bharuch on 3rd October, 2019 at NCM Conference Room, Bharuch.
