Narmada College of Management hosted NHRD Meet on 28/8/18 in the campus with purpose to encourage Industry – Institute linkage and placement programme.

The National HRD Network (NHRDN) is a Global Centre for Grooming Leaders and the National Apex body of professionals committed to promoting the People Development movement in the country and enhancing the capability of human resource professionals to compete globally and thereby creating value for society. Established over 28 years ago, NHRD is autonomous, not-for-profit professionally managed organization, playing a catalyst role in grooming Leaders for Tomorrow. It has 12,500 members representing, Multinationals, Public & Private organizations including Government, MSME & NGOs spread across 30 chapters in India and serves as a reference point for HR Professionals in Indian Industry.

NHRD Surat Chapter organizes uninterrupted monthly meetings for all HR professionals in this regionand is committed towards the development of human resources through education, training, research and experience sharing. 

This time Narmada College of Management was selected as a venue for knowledge gaining and sharing platform. The programme was attended by most of HR professionals representing their industries from Dahej, Jhagadia, Ankleshwar, Panoli regions, NCM faculty members, NCM MBA - HR second year students. Approximately 60 corporate HR members and 20 NCM team members actively attended this meet.

Our students Ms. Fatema Ibrahim Surti and Ms. Sashista A. Chauhan participated in  "All India Essay Writing Event 2016" organised by Shri Ram Chandra Mission, United Nation Information Center for India and Bhutan, and The Heartfulness Institute.

Group Discussion Report - Flair 2019

Date : 3rd October, 2019 Venue : NCM conference room Group Discussion activity   was organized by Narmada College of Management, Bharuch on 3rd October, 2019 at NCM Conference Room, Bharuch. The major objective of the Group Discussion among the students, to observe their personality and skills, ability to discuss on the given subject and to guide them on how to take part in Group Discussions.
