REPORT of Personality Development Programme for MBA –II students
Day : Thursday, 28th February, 2019. Time: 14:30 to 16:30, Conference Hall, NCM Building





The fourth session of PDP discussed the below aspects of Personality Development:
1.       Concentration Skills
2.       Personal Self Discipline
3.       Professional Ethics
4.       Leadership

22 students participated in the discussions on the above topics. The session began with an exercise on Concentration Skills, whereby the concentration power and capacity of each participant was put to test.

Later, the discussion covered the details of Understanding Concentration, Developing Concentration, and Sustaining Concentration in our Daily lives.

The session also covered the topics of Personal Self Discipline and its importance of business executives. Finally the topics of Professional Ethics and leadership were discussed. The session ended the experience sharing by the students.

Date : 3rd October, 2019 Venue : NCM conference room Group Discussion activity   was organized by Narmada College of Management, Bharuch on 3rd October, 2019 at NCM Conference Room, Bharuch. The major objective of the Group Discussion among the students, to observe their personality and skills, ability to discuss on the given subject and to guide them on how to take part in Group Discussions.
