Report on Teachers’ Day Celebration 5th September-2019


We celebrate Teachers’ day every year throughout the country on 5th September. Students express their gratitude and appreciation for their teachers on this day. This day is dedicated to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan – second President of India. The great academic philosopher, and one of the most well-known diplomats, scholar, president of India and above all a teacher. As a tribute to this great teacher, his birthday has been observed as teachers' day. Both the students & staff of College gathered joyfully for the celebration.

At NCM, the function started with lamp lighting by Dr. Trupti Almoula Ma’am, Dr. Deepak Trivedi Sir, Dr. Bhaskar Rawal Sir, Special Guest Mr. Jaydeep Shah and all the faculties. The program commenced with seeking blessing from god by Sarasvati Vandana. As per the Indian culture, we always start our work with prayer. The program was lead off with a prayer song sung by the Prayer team. Followed by an innovative welcome speech and greetings by offering rose plants to all the Dignitaries, teaching and non-teaching staff. Further, the cultural program began which included a Bharatanatyam dance performance. Two students then gave speech whichincluded a peek into the life of Dr Radhakrishnan and role of teachers, through speech. Next programme was very much informative, as Mr. Jaydeep Shah Sir presented a wide perspective of the coming innovative technology.

Second year students have been contributing their efforts on social work. They have been conducting Multi-Disciplinary Action project i.e. MAP, which helps in providing quality education to under privileged children’s. Their participation was appreciated by token of love.

Further, Dr. Chetana Makwana Ma’am felicitated the prize and talent of position holders. A fun game and a poetry was presented by First year student, dedicating to all our beloved teachers.

Drama is the shaped version of life, next was a drama presented by First Year students which depicted the role of teachers in career guidance. In order to freshen up the mood of audience, a singing performance was presented. An innovative Gazal was further performed by the group of Second Year students, which was purely about the hard work of teachers. A funny drama was performed which made audience chuckle and relate to the respective drama.

A small present was presented to Non-Teaching Staff, Bharat Bhai by a First Year student. A non-teaching staff, Bharat Bhai prepared a bunch of cards dedicating to all the teachers, by his own creativity. The last programme was wrapped by games conducted by first year students for fun, for all the audience and teachers. This auspicious day was concluded by Prof. Rashmi Ghamawala Ma’am (coordinator of the event) by giving vote of thanks to everyone.

Group Discussion Report - Flair 2019

Date : 3rd October, 2019 Venue : NCM conference room Group Discussion activity   was organized by Narmada College of Management, Bharuch on 3rd October, 2019 at NCM Conference Room, Bharuch. The major objective of the Group Discussion among the students, to observe their personality and skills, ability to discuss on the given subject and to guide them on how to take part in Group Discussions.
