BIRTH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS OF SARDAR PATEL AT NARMADA COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT

To commemorate the birth anniversary of Iron man of the nation, Sardar Patel, a quiz competition, based on his life and works was organized at the College.

79 students (49 – MBA –I and 30 – MBA II) appeared for the test. The questions were based on the life and work of Sardar Patel and had multiple choice options to choose the answers. The students were informed in advance about the quiz and interested students were told to come prepared for this quiz.

Total 35 questions were asked based on the life and works of Sardar Patel. The first three students who scored the highest marks both for first year and second year are:

A REPORT on Two day visit of MBA-I students at Adani Port, Mundra Date of Visit: 29 th -30 th September, 2019 68 students of MBA-I, along with 4 faculty members visited Adani Port at Mundra on 29 th and 30 th September, 2019, as part of Industrial visit organized by the College. Student participation in Solvay India Open House

Venue : Solvay Specialities India Pvt Ltd, Panoli Date : 13 Dec 2017 As per the invitation from Solvay Specialities Pvt Ltd, 8 students and 2 faculties from Narmada college of Management participated in the “Open House” event organised by Solvay, on 13 th of December. Dr Chetna Makwana (associate professor) and Prof Rashmi Ghamawala (assistant professor) along with 8 students (from different specialisation) visited the company. The event started sharp at 10 am, where students and faculties of different colleges of Bharuch district were present, namely, SVMIT, KJ Polytechnic etc, along with the employees and staff of Solvay. All the participants were welcomed by Pratish Koparkar, who warmly welcome with his delightful words and starting off the briefing about various safety measures that need to be taken care of. Our students Ms. Fatema Ibrahim Surti and Ms. Sashista A. Chauhan participated in "All India Essay Writing Event 2016" organised by Shri Ram Chandra Mission, United Nation Information Center for India and Bhutan, and The Heartfulness Institute.
