A   REPORT OF THE SESSION HELD AT NARMADA COLLEGE CAMPUS – EXAM OF YOGODA SATSANG SOCIETY DATE : 24/09/2018, MONDAY, 11:00 TO 11:30 HRS 22 Students of Narmada College of Management attended a campus outreach programme of Yogoda Satsang Dhyan Mandali, the spiritual organization started by Paramhamsa Yogananda, the world famous author of ‘Autobiography of a Yogi’. The students had to read a book based on the thoughts of Sri Paramhamsa Yogananda, titled, The Law of Success and then appear for an exam based on the book. The students were given the book 10 days in advance and later on they appeared for the exam. Based on the response, it has been planned to hold on more such session at NCM campus as well.

FACULTY DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP ON PURSUIT OF INNER SELF EXCELLENCE (POISE)

Date : 10/09/2018, Monday, Narmada College Campus Resource Person : Dr. Mohandas Hegde, Director, Centre for Research Education Sadhana and Training (CREST), Bengaluru A one day workshop on “Pursuit of Inner Self Excellence (POISE)” was arranged at Narmada College Campus for all the faculty members of the campus. The workshop was the initiative of Heartfulness Institute, an organization working in the area of spirituality and meditation for the benefit of all. Dr. Hegde the resource person of the day, began with asking some fundamental questions about, What are Human Values, Why do we need Human Values, Importance of Human Values in Life. The programme was been designed keeping in mind to facilitate the college students those who want to be an entrepreneur in the future. CONTRIBUTION TOWARDS KERALA FLOOD RELIEF

 Date: 20/08/2018 Venue: Narmada College of Management On 20 th August 2018, a message was forwarded by one of the faculty in the group for donation camp of Kerala relief fund. On 21 st august 2018, few students collected fund Rs 6710 from students of Narmada College of Management. Students contributed funds and from those funds the following items were purchased and sent to GNFC where the donated essentials were being collected. NCM specifically donated the following items.
