Firstly, Mahesh Vashi sir meet and gave some light on the safety measure & rule before we visit the different plants of the company.
With safety guidelines we visit the all plants along with the 2 employees of the company.
All the employees of the company are very supportive and collaborative in nature.
We visit every plant and specific plant employee give the proper understanding about their work to us.
We divide in a team of two. The one team guided by Niket Patel and another by Sanjay Vasava.

Coal handling Plant
Boiler Info.
From Rajdeep boiler pvt. Ltd
AFBC type boiler
Capacity is 8 IPH
Working Pressure is 24 kg/cm2 (G)
RO + DM Plant
Capacity is 30m3/hour
After purifying PH is between 7 to 7.50
Working time is 4 to 5 hours continuously
MEE Plant
In this the material is passed through 3 processes.
PNA raw material convert into calcium chloride in liquid and solid form.
Software data is contract based to SACHI engineering pvt. Ltd
All the machines in plant is semi-automated, or some are manual.
ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant)
This plant is established in 2016 with carbon fitter for removing impurity in water and the Head of Department is Amit sir.
This plant is for waste water treatment.
In this process the Alkaline PH is 7 above.
After all the treatment the final water PH is 7.
There is direct control by GPCB.
Production Plant
The machines are semi-automated.
This plant work 24 hours continuously and raw material is PNC.
They measure the all-boiler pressure through their LP, MP, and HP.
They’re by product is calcium chloride
Import raw material from PI Industries.
Every 2 reactor they have 1 measure. Set the alert system for all reactor.
Maximum limit is 170
Alert limit is 160
Assemble the safety from ammonia gas.
Packaging
In this there is 3 steps. First is PNCB storage tank, then measurement and auto clave.
Proper safety is must otherwise it is dangerous and lead to diseases.
After visiting all the plant, they arrange our talk with Mahesh Vashi sir.
Among us some of students have some plant related or some other general question so each and every question of us is answered by sir.
Total manpower in this vilayet plant is around 900. From it 300 are operational worker. Future expansion is there so their target is to increasing the man power around 2000 to 3000 thousand all the employees.
Some of the other and detailed information about the company like their competitors, supplier of some raw materials, some work of them is used in defense, what are their companies HR subsystems and how they are managing all these activities.
Mahesh Vashi sir and whole their team give the best and practical knowledge to us about their work. We really glad that we got the chance of visiting such reputed company.
Through this visit we learned that how to organize a whole industry visit, how to coordinate and make it successful.
This is the best experience for all of us.
