NCM  F.Y and S.Y students participated in an excellent Live Talk on Careers Opportunities for Graduates in the field of Management delivered by  Mr. Pankaj Gandhi (Speaker from IIM) held on 22nd June, 2021 organized by Bhagwan Mahavir College of Management at 10:30 AM.

This Live Talk aimed on explaining youths about Careers Opportunities for Graduates in the Field of Management where the objective was to make youths aware about the importance of MBA in one’s life.

           

About Speaker

Mr. Pankaj Gandhi is a member of the Scientific Advisory Research committee of P P Savani University. He has a rich experience of twenty six years in the field of research and development, industries and in academics. He has published 25 research papers in leading international journals and conferences in the area of nano-science, nano-technology and local drug delivery systems. One of his research papers in the area of computer based clinical trials was published in the international conference at Cambridge Health Tech Institute, Boston-USA.

Explained the importance of Management Education as below:

He started session with a reason for the demand for management education where he mentioned few reasons such as globalization, innovations in business, cost reduction, quality improvement, large pool of labor force, etc.

·         An MBA degree is a pre-requisite for advancement in some industries and beyond certain positions. Another benefit of why you get an MBA is that it lets you change career paths. Thus, completing your Masters of Business Administration in a specialty of your choice opens doors to new and better career opportunities.

·         An MBA degree has worldwide credentials and is country-agnostic. It prepares you to work in any environment and country.

·         The development of knowledge that a Masters in Business Administration program offers is another reason why you should get an MBA.

·         He showed few examples of MBA Graduates who have achieved a Higher Position in their lives.

·         From the entire session, the takeaway is that MBA Programme is an important course to build up our personality.
