“CO-CREATE TRANSFORMATION”

The second session of “CO-CREATE TRANSFORMATION” was held on 28th January 2019 at 10:10 am in the conference room of NCM by Mr. Parijat Gupta. There were 10 new students who attended the session for first time , so Mr Gupta started the session by giving a brief note on what was conducted during the last session. He spoke about the concept of 10% visibility, which includes disruption, & ice berg model. This disruption was due to 3 divides i.e.
1      Ecological divide( related to nature i.e. self ≠ nature)
2      Social divide(related to people & society i.e. self ≠ others)
3      Spiritual divide( related to current self & future self i.e. self ≠ self)
He put great deal of emphasis on the following line “Together we are creating results which no one wants”.
