A two- hour orientation to students of Undergraduate Colleges from villages surrounding CLP

Management as a motivational speaker for the community students.

Focus of the orientation programme :

Enabling students to see their self worth, raising their self esteem, getting them to make affirmations that shall improve their self confidence, and successively leading them to goal planning and motivation for goal achievement through recognising and overcoming challenges.

The session was an interactive one where the students were made to take an inward journey and create a habit of continuous self evaluation for strengthening themselves for a successful and happy life ahead.

The programme got an overwhelming response from the students as it touched each of them individually in the process.
